I had the possibility to get one few month back ... If you really want one get your cash ready, they are generally sold between 7000-15000e depending on the general condition.

re: 3300 EUR on the radar, it's more like it, but a 2.8k EUR RRP would have been more sensible. You're right, I need to wear it first.

re: RAID. If I can get my hands on one in good cond + buying it from its original RAID owner, and have it certified by BR themselves, then why not. This said, I'm surprised that RAID guys are already authorised to sell them. With only 50 in circulation, the thing is rare, and with so many copies out there, one needs to know what's he's buying. But if you've got a trail, I'd be glad to know.

This one wasnt a fake and certified by some of my source in BR staff... this one had been serviced for movement control, had the original bill + service rapport all in order...

@Gudzzy: ok. If you're selling it, let me know, or if you have another possible source selling one in pristine condition, let me know. In any case we can maybe find an arrangement that suits us both.

This is too complicate to handle as the reception of those N° because of the black treatment of the case do not arrive following the numbers

    Lume?

I love the Radar. I'm actually using this watch as motivation to get a job, if I do this will be the first thing I'm buying myself as a reward. My only question about the Radar is there any sort of lume or reflectivity on the hands? I tend to use my watches a lot at night and don't have very good vision. Right now I've got the tritium tubes of the doxa 800ti which I love, but B&R will be my dressier self.

    Thanks guys!

    BR01-92 RADAR - video

Good motivation for that job (good luck). There's been some discussion about just how easy it might be to tell the time on this thing. Firstly it's big (46mm) and second - take a look at this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wu-YOA9m7JI - the "hands" (what else do you call them?) make much more sense when moving.

Thanks, I'm hoping I get the job too! :P

Telling time looks easy to me, which is why I want this piece. I like having clear locations and distinctions between the "hands". I have a Doxa sub 800TI that I got specifically because it was so easy to read the time, I passed on the smaller models even though I have a smaller wrist because their dials were too difficult to read.

So any word on lume? And since these came out already in Paris, how do I find out about country availability and pricing? I'll probably schedule a stopover somewhere pricing is best and where I can avoid VAT when leaving the EU.

unfortunately they only hit Colette store for the world premiere, obviously there is a little delay in the production and they are not available in Paris at this time.
As far as i know they should be available in the end of Oct /mi-Nov

    They're available in London - see: Time2.co.uk

the time markers are apparently luminous as reported by this shop:

    http://www.time2.co.uk/magazine/bell...nds-in-the-uk/

Thanks to Angus for testing it with a UV light!

"We’ve been inspecting the watch with an ultra violet lamp and the hour/minute/second ‘hands’ are luminescent, while the target markers and numbers are not – they’re simply matt black and painted/printed to the inside of the crystal."
