Can this case be repaired?
If so, do I send it back to Bell & Ross?
Any help is appreciated.

Not sure if you have seen this posting which basically asks the same question as yours:

From what I have read in the past it may be easier and perhaps more cost efficient to replace the part of the case that is damaged rather than repair and/or recoat it.
Or you could leave it to show that it has been through the wars so to speak and now shows its battle scars in true B&R aviation style (even if the scar was forged on terra firma).![]()

Not sure it will be a good solution to change the complete case (very expensive more than 350e i think)... Better to leave it like that, add character to your watch IMO

Thanks for the replies, I going to keep it like it is.
I'm starting to love the patina.

FYI, I had a similar scratch on my BR-03 Black & White—just three weeks after purchasing it.
After, staring at the scratch for a few weeks, I decided to get it fixed. I sent it to B&R (in the U.S.) and got the top case replaced. The price was pretty reasonable, especially given the price of the watch. It's still as good as new!
