    Poor quality

My watch has fallen from my bedside table on a wooden floor. The result is the glass as popped out and is broken.
As the result the glass is broken and this is not cover by the warranty.

Do you think it is normal?

I have other watches from beaume & mercier, omega and from lower quality brand and i have never ad a similar experience.

To me, this put in question the quality of the design of Bell & ross

to reproduce the same condition is difficult and i am not keen and trying on purpose such an experiment, but indeed the other watches have been dropped by my little girl (18month) who used to open my drawers and take the watches and i never had any issue.

    Indeed this is unfortunate.
Obviously depends on the situation and the environment- NO watch is indestructible.
Take the watch to an AD, and they will be able to repair it for you.
