    03-94 stopped

    Friends help advice!

I live far away from the service centers. at the weekend wearing other watches in the morning and took their favorite wound up 03-94, but in the afternoon found that the clock does not run

may have recommendations as to revive without opening and without a service center?

    Hi BRo,
First of all, try again to wind up 40 times manually.
If nothin' occurs, BR servicing is the only solution (sure you have an AD in your neighbourhoods).
    Keep us informed!

PS : What model is it ? Do you have a dated & stamped warranty card?

    hello! )
tried to start, but there is no result.
if you shake, the clock runs 15-20 seconds.

I live in Ukraine - the nearest service PARIS. But it is not safe to send mail - Ukrainian-mail is not secure and may just steal the watch. It is also possible problems with customs.

I'll be in Miami in 10 days, I will try to give a service to Miami. It's a shame I love my watch.

I have a warranty documents with stamps. purchased from an authorized dealer in Cancun Mexico

Shaking the watch isn't the best way to wind it up.
Do it with the crown, at 0 position, 40 times clockwise.

If servicing is necessary, no need to have a service center in your country.
You have an AD in Odessa and Kiev, check on Bell & Ross website for adresses.
Leave your watch at the AD, he'll send the watch for you in France.

    All the best,

I ask a question Diller from Kiev, but knowing greed Ukrainian sellers - will claim the money for the repairs.
    * You know where you can find data on policies by authorized service dealers? They are required to send to the service? if you specify where I can show dealer. I will be grateful!

    Good day!
Traveled to Miami and took the only service center in the U.S. Bell&Ross.

Service Center worked quickly and at a high level. problem was the magnetization hours. to yet I do not know exactly what my hours were magnetized.

    Pleased with the service!
Thank you for the service center miami and personally Christine DiBianca.
