What accessories should come with BR01-92

    Hi, everybody.
Yesterday, I bought a BR01-92 HERITAGE in Hong Kong. There are only the watch, instruction manual and warrant card inside box. But I saw other ppl they have a spare band and screw driver come with the watch. Do I miss the accessories?

is it new or second hand ?
cause you must have 2 screw driver....will investigate concerning the black canvas strap, indeed because it is the heritage, may-be there's only the famous heritage strap...

    stay tuned

btw, congrats for your acquisition and welcome to the BROG (Bell&Ross Owner Group) where are you from ?

you must have the tools :screw driver, and the nylon strap...take the opportunity to ask for the good size...
for example M if your wrist is 16/19cm, it's up to you.

go back to your AD and ask them.

    keep us inform.
    see you

Today, I went to the shop and ask them about the accessories.. At beginning, they said this style is not include any accessories. And them I show him the information from Bell & Ross website. I said according to the website it should have 2 screw driver and 1 nylon strap. Finally, they gave me back the accessories.

I had similar experience in Melbourne Australia. I did the get screw drivers but I didn't get the nylon strap until I realised I should and went back to ask for it. I brought my BR from an AD shown on the official website.

Just makes me sad that some AD might be misrepresenting the brand.

On the positive side, I now go through the Sydney AD and every time I've received above and beyond service! So well done Sydney AD!!!!!

    Congratulations and welcome.

    A question to you both:

Do you think the AD’s made an honest mistake or do you think they actually realized but were holding back the accessories for another reason?

Was the AD’s most apologetic once you brought it their attention that the accessories were supposed to be included?
