    Unhappy Phantom BR123 Running ahead

    Hi,
is it normal, that BR watch still after 10 months from purchase runs 1-2mins per week (quicker) ahead of time?
Once I got it "de-magnetized" in a local BR store, but the problem continues.
Thank you for your answer and help.
    J.

It may need to be de-magnetized again. How are you storing the watch? Is there anything that could be affecting it close by?

Perhaps it needs more than a demagnetization...
You should send it for servicing until it's under warranty
