Why does this 03-97 photographed by Kronofred above have the 4 front dial screws and the latest example on the Bell & Ross website displaying their 2014 Basel World models show this 03-97 without these 4 front dial screws, nor does their latest pdf?

Can anyone answer this for me please?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

It happens that sometimes the prototypes or the images we have in Basel don't match with the final
    version.
For example, on the WW1 Guynemer prototype, the stork goes from left to right, but on the final version, either on pdf file and website, it will go from right to left.
So for the 03-97, it will be with screws. We will change the visual on our website and pdf files asap

I hope I have answered your question

In anything at all, perfection is finally attained not when there is no longer anything to add, but when there is no longer anything to take away.

Thanks for the update WM, so it appears it will indeed have the 4 dial screws afterall.
