BR123-winder

Hi Everyone, I’ve recently bought a new BR123, in stainless steel and had the stainless bracelet fitted (I’ve a new unused calfskin one here with buckle that was removed at the time of purchase if anyone’s interested...)
My question is, I keep catching the winder on my shirt/Jacket which pulls out and stops the watch, has anyone had similar issues? Found a way around it? (On other watches I’ve owner the crown screws down and makes it less vulnerable)

I have a 03-92 and have done the same in the past. I just became aware of my coat and sleeves and has not happened in over a year.
