Scratch removal on black ceramic bezel

Hi,
I have a few scratches on the face of my BR03-92 and wandered if they could be removed. It’s obviousely a ceramic coating as ceramic does not scratch but the black coating has been scratched to show silver under it. Is there a method to polish out ?

If it is a PVD (Physical Vapor deposition) then it is stainless steel under, and you would have to get the whole watch re-coated. That would be expensive. If your watch was ceramic then, as you said, it could not scratch.
